ON THE WOOD restaurant use the technique wood stone ovens which is characterized by giving the flavor and quality of the wood, where we use the alternative technique in order to preserve our environment.
On The Wood utilizes environment friendly ovens, our packaging is approved by MOH (Ministry of Health), we use mineral water and ink in printing with no added chemicals.

We use the best ingredients in our bakes, quality wheat and olive oil.

We use fresh zaatar coming directly from fields of Lebanon, exclusively for On The Wood. Mineral water is also used to make the baking tightly together and deliciously tasty.

With On The Wood, only wonderful flames of taste leaves in your mouth.
